To post a comment, simply click on the Comments link at the bottom of a post. In the next page, you can type in your comment. When finished, you will need to identify yourself. You do not need a Google Blog username if you don't have one. Instead, in the "Choose an Identity" section, select "Other" and simply type in your name (see image below). That's it!
